Mainland UK (England & Wales):

• Free Standard Delivery (3–5 working days) on orders over £75 (standard items only)
• Standard Delivery: £4.99 (3–5 working days)
• Orders under £75 may incur shipping charges between £4.99–£14.99, depending on the item type

Scotland & Northern Ireland:

• Standard Delivery: £14.99 (3–5 working days)
• The free delivery threshold and express delivery options are not available for these regions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses, and international shipping is not currently available.

Dispatch Times:

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 48 hours of payment confirmation (Monday–Friday). Items marked ‘Available to Order’ are ordered from our suppliers on your behalf and may take longer.

Restricted Items:

Aerosols & spray paints, fuels and lithium batteries (LiPo) are sent to mainland UK only, by Standard Delivery (2–4 working days) at £14.99, regardless of order value. They are not eligible for free delivery.

Returned Parcels:

If a parcel is returned to us because delivery couldn't be completed, you are responsible for the cost of sending it again.

Changed your mind?
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. Tell us within 14 days, then send the item back within 14 days of telling us. Return postage is your responsibility. If you cancel your whole order, we refund the price of the items and the original standard delivery charge. We do not charge a restocking fee, but we may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than is needed to inspect it.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if there is a problem. You have 30 days from delivery to request a full refund or replacement. We will cover return postage.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the items back or of you giving us proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Your bank may take a further 3–5 business days.
