Price Match Guarantee

Our Price Match Guarantee: found it cheaper? Let us know and we’ll match it. We will match a lower price from another retailer if all of the following conditions are met. We match prices; we do not beat them.

• The competitor must be based in the UK and VAT-registered. Amazon and eBay marketplace sellers are excluded.
• The item must be brand new and an identical product in terms of the make, model, size and colour.
• Access Models and the competitor must both have the item in stock.
• The price comparison is of the total delivered price, including VAT and delivery costs.
• You must ask for a price match before you buy, by email to sales@accessmodels.co.uk, by phone on 01636 673116 or in our store, and give us a link to the cheaper price. We are unable to offer a price match after the point of sale.
• Pre-order items and clearance items are excluded.
• Obvious pricing errors are excluded (for example, a £100 kit listed at £5).
• A price match cannot be combined with any discount codes, promotions or other offers.
• One price match per order.
• The Price Match Guarantee applies to purchases both in store and online. In store, we match the competitor’s delivered price against our shop price.
• We will check each request, including the competitor’s price, stock and that the item is identical, and we will contact you to confirm the price match before you buy. We may decline a request if we cannot verify that these conditions are met.
• A confirmed price match is valid for 48 hours from when we confirm it. After that, a new request will need to be made.
• Access Models may change or withdraw the Price Match Guarantee at any time for future orders. Any change will not affect a price match we have already confirmed to you.
