The V1, V2 and V3 sets, which expand the M1 and M2 sets that are ideal for getting started in N gauge model railways, now arrive as UNITRACK single track reproducing PC sleepers. Concrete No. 3 sleepers were adopted and became widespread from the late 1950s onwards, and half a century later they are still widely used, including for sleeper replacement on conventional ballasted track. Synthetic sleepers are highly durable, lightweight railway sleepers made from rigid urethane foam (a type of plastic) and glass fibre. They offer the same workability as wood, yet do not rot, are lighter than concrete and have a long life of more than 30 years. In contrast to the concrete sleepers of plain track, they are used where particularly high durability and ease of installation are required, such as turnouts (points) and bridges.

- Reproduces the concrete sleepers that became widespread from the late 1950s, for a wide range of running from conventional main-line rolling stock to Shinkansen.
- The synthetic-sleeper No. 6 electric points (left/right) included in V1 and V3 reproduce the appearance of the synthetic sleepers now in widespread use.
- The ballast surface, lower than on double track, gives the track a three-dimensional look as it is, and by applying ballast you can recreate high-standard track.
V2-PC Grade-Separated Track Set
