However, its lighter side armour left it vulnerable to flanking attacks, and early models faced technical challenges due to its rushed deployment at the Battle of Kursk. Despite production challenges, including raw material shortages and factory bombings, this tank left an enduring legacy. Even after WWII, the Panther continued to serve with allied forces, cementing its place in military history.
