Price Match Terms and Conditions

We strive to match any valid price, subject to the following conditions:

• Identical Product: The product must be brand new, genuine, and an exact match to our offer (same make, model, size, colour, and specifications).
• In Stock: The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase or pre-order (for new releases) at both Access Models and the competitor at the time of the request.
• UK-Based Competitor: The competitor must be a UK-based, VAT-registered business with a valid UK retail address and phone number. We do not match prices from eBay auctions, personal eBay accounts, non-UK retailers, or marketplace platforms (e.g., Amazon Marketplace).
• Total Price Comparison: The price match includes the product price, VAT, and any applicable delivery charges to a mainland UK address. Free shipping promotions on our site do not apply to price-matched purchases.
• Payment Methods: The competitor must offer the same payment methods as Access Models. We do not match prices for “buy now, pay later” promotions, finance-based purchases, or payments using gift vouchers.
• Exclusions: Price matches are not offered for:
  • Prices from one-off promotions, including Black Friday, Boxing Day, clearance sales, or closing-down sales.
  • Accidental pricing errors or mispriced products by competitors.
  • Prices requiring membership, trade, or affiliate discounts (e.g., Blue Light Card, Groupon).
  • Bundle offers, “buy one get one free” deals, or products with free items.
  • Retrospective price matches after a purchase has been made.
• Verification: All price match requests are manually verified. We reserve the right to decline a price match if the competitor’s price cannot be verified or does not meet our criteria.
• Discretion: While we aim to match valid prices, we do not guarantee a price match in every case. Price matches are at the discretion of Access Models, and we reserve the right to alter, decline, or withdraw offers at any time.
• Time Limit: Approved price matches are valid for 24 hours from the time of our confirmation email. You must complete your purchase within this period to receive the matched price.
